LaDonna Babe is an award-winning entrepreneur and licensed esthetician who has been in the beauty industry for over ten years. She started in Baltimore by getting a makeup artist license and working at fashion shows, weddings, music videos, movies, and more. LaDonna has worked with Ricky Smiley, Dru Hill, and Oprah Winfrey’s makeup artist Reggie Wells, to name a few.

 

In June 2011, she won an award for up-and-coming businesswomen of the year. She has also won an award for outstanding makeup artistry, and her success was featured in many local newspapers and magazines.

 

In 2014 she decided it was time to level up her skills by being an early adopter of 3D Brows. Later she learned lash extensions and microblading. She did all of this while attending Steiner Institute (aka Cortiva Institute) in their esthetician program. These are the skills that LaDonna used to start The Babe Spa with a tiny room suite doing lashes and brows - now her business has expanded into a multi-six figure business with a larger space and more employees!
